Homepage Ribbon — Save The Rocks

From the rocks, with love.

We launched a live activation at the EOS Conference.

Save The Rocks is a physical-to-digital campaign dramatizing why EOS rocks go off track. QR-coded rocks scattered across the conference floor, a fake live concert by a band called The Unicorns, and a free t-shirt we hand-deliver on the floor. See how we built it — or jump straight to the live experience.

Scorecard Sync

Privacy and Data Use Policy

Effective date: July 1, 2026
Last updated: July 1, 2026

Human Code (“Human Code,” “we,” “us,” or “our“) provides Scorecard Sync (the “App“), a HubSpot Marketplace application that connects your HubSpot CRM data to your Strety scorecard metrics on an automated schedule. This policy explains what data the App accesses, how it’s used, and how it’s handled. It applies specifically to the App’s use of your HubSpot data — it does not cover HubSpot’s or Strety’s own handling of your data, which is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Human Code is based at 12 James St. N, Unit E, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. We are the developer and operator of Scorecard Sync.

When you connect Scorecard Sync to your HubSpot account via OAuth, the App requests access to the HubSpot objects needed to run your configured syncs, which may include:

  • Contacts
  • Companies
  • Deals
  • Leads
  • Quotes
  • Orders
  • Other CRM objects you configure a filter against

The App only accesses the specific fields and records covered by the filters you set up. We do not request or use HubSpot data outside the scopes required for the App’s core functionality.

Scorecard Sync’s design is intentionally minimal when it comes to data handling:

  • No underlying data is stored. The App reads the HubSpot records matching your filter at sync time, computes the requested aggregate (sum, average, or count), and pushes only that resulting numeric value into your Strety scorecard. The individual contact, company, deal, or other records used in that calculation are not saved, cached, logged, or retained by the App at any point before or after the calculation.
  • The only data that persists anywhere is: (a) the source records that already live in your HubSpot account, and (b) the computed numeric values that are written into your Strety account.
  • Because no HubSpot data is retained by the App, there is no separate “data at rest” for us to secure, back up, or eventually delete — each sync is a fresh read-compute-write operation.

We do not retain HubSpot data. If you uninstall Scorecard Sync, the App’s access to your HubSpot account is revoked immediately and no further syncs occur. Since we don’t store your underlying HubSpot data in the first place, there is nothing further to delete on our end.

We do not sell, rent, or share your HubSpot data with any third party. The only systems the App communicates with are:

System Role
HubSpot Source of the data being read
Strety Destination for the computed numeric values

We do not use any additional sub-processors (e.g., third-party analytics, logging, or storage vendors) to handle your HubSpot data as part of the App’s operation.

Scorecard Sync’s infrastructure is hosted in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Because the App does not store HubSpot data, any processing that occurs outside your HubSpot account is transient (in-memory, during the sync operation) rather than persistent.

Access to your HubSpot data is authorized exclusively through HubSpot’s OAuth flow — we never ask for or handle your HubSpot login credentials directly. All communication between Scorecard Sync, HubSpot, and Strety occurs over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

You control the App’s access to your data at all times:

  • You can review or revoke Scorecard Sync’s access from your HubSpot account’s Connected Apps settings at any time.
  • Uninstalling the App immediately stops all data access and syncing.
  • Because we don’t store your HubSpot data, there are no separate access, correction, or deletion requests to make to us regarding that data — it remains in, and is governed by, your HubSpot and Strety accounts.

If you have questions about your rights under applicable privacy laws (including Canada’s PIPEDA, and where applicable, GDPR or CCPA), please contact us using the information in Section 10.

Scorecard Sync is a business-to-business tool intended for use by HubSpot account administrators and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, children.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App’s functionality or applicable law. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of Scorecard Sync after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
